Our Family Story

Founded in 2023, Excelas emerged from a deeply personal family mission. The seeds were planted when John, a dedicated teacher, witnessed firsthand the challenges facing education today. Discussions around the family dinner table with his father Bryan, a tech industry veteran, and his mother Silvanna, an experienced head teacher, sparked the idea for a solution.

What began as a family conversation has grown into a mission-driven team supported by the UCL Hatchery program. Together, we're combining educational insight, technical expertise, and business acumen to give teachers back their most precious resource - time.
